Zac, the owner of Standard Fare restaurant, and my wife used to work at this little burger shop with all their friends back in Louisiana while they were growing up. It was a super retro, 50s inspired diner and had a super cool hamburger hat you could wear if you ate one of their giant burgers. This piece is a callback to that special place if you ignore the fact that it’s a pickle flying a burger in space.
